Use all the fresh land to build apartment buildings or duplex communities. Our power is already flickering constantly. Can we support this?

These ideas are being driven by the UN and 100’s of municipalities are signed on (Riverview also). Afraid of where this is leading.

Terrible idea. Would ruin our town. If people want to move here they need to adapt to our way of life. We shouldn’t change for them

Why do you show 2 driveway in the 4 units when only one driveway is permitted by the bylaws. Very misleading, 4 parking spaces required.

Okay with all but 4 units as of right, especially in existing R1 neighbourhoods. Have you raised this with the feds? Terrible idea.

Concerns: parking, slum landlords, noise with the extra units, loss of trees and wildlife diversity.

There are serious concerns as to how allowing up to 4 dwelling units could change the character and texture of existing neighbourhoods.

This is not a great fit for R1 neighbourhoods as it will increase traffic volumes on local streets & create parking challenges for 4 units.

This will hurt property values. People want affordable houses, not apartments. This risks the character of our community.

impossible to make Owner Occupied. People die, get divorced, get transferred. Once a house is changed into a 4 unit it is likely 4 rentals

Hope the units in the townhouses can be sold separately? More options to own rather than rent

Is there a limit to the size of the parking space required?
